In preparation for the 17th Conference of Parties (COP-17), the Philippine Delegation, headed by Climate Change Commission Vice Chair, Secretary Mary Ann Lucille Sering, attended the Intercessional Meeting in Bonn, Germany. The Intercessional Meeting is a significant preparatory meeting for the annual COP-17 where ministerial discussions on how to address climate issues take place. This year’s COP will be held in December at Durban, South Africa.
