ADB and Asia Clean Energy Forum

Asia Clean Energy Forum, Asian Development Bank’s annual flagship event, has served as venue for knowledge sharing on key issues and developments in the field of clean energy.
Giving more significance to the Forum is that it coincides with this year’s celebration of the International Year of Sustainable Energy for All as designated by the UN during its General Assembly last year.
This year’s forum focuses on Sustainable Energy Development and serves as a platform among stakeholders for exchanging experiences and forging new partnerships to advance clean energy solutions in the region.
Attending the Forum are representatives from government, civil society and non-government organizations, private sector, energy and environmental regulators and policy makers, national and multinational banks, development institutions, and research institutions and the academe.
The Forum, scheduled June -8, 2012, was held at the ADB headquarters in Pasig City.
