Qualifications
Education : BS Legal Management, AB Paralegal Studies, Law, Political Science or other allied courses
Experience : None required
Training : 4 hours of training relevant to legal work, such as legal ethics, legal
research and writing, or legal procedure
Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
Terms of References
1. Assist in the day-to-day operations and coordination with the Chief of Legal Services Division;
2. Attend meetings in behalf of the Legal Services Division as may be required by the Attorney V;
3. Provide both technical and legal support to the Attorney V. Most work includes both written and oral communication, record and typing, and requires relevant skills- such as research, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure;
4. Drafting correspondence, memorandum, orders, guidelines, protocols, and policies;
5. Review contracts and agreements as may be referred to the Legal Services Division;
6. Prepare resolutions and letters to facilitate the tasks of the Legal Services Division;
7. Review legal documents such as Resolutions, Contract and others which need legal attention;
8. Attend BAC TWG meeting as TWG-Legal.
