The Climate Change Commission is currently looking for Administrative Officer II (Transport and Utility Management Unit) under the Administrative and Finance Division.
Division: Administrative and Finance Division
Position: Administrative Officer II (Transport and Utility Management Unit)
Status of Engagement: Contract of Service
Salary Grade: SG 11
Qualifications: Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-year relevant experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage scheduling and vehicle dispatch.
2. Maintain accurate records and files related to transport and utility services.
3. Maintain databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
4. Generate reports to support required from the TUMU.
5. Coordinate procurement processes for transport and utility resources.
6. Assist in managing contracts with service providers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
7. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
8. Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring timely payments.
9. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
10. Perform other tasks as may be required.
