The Climate Change Commission is currently looking for Administrative Assistant III (Property Unit) under the Administrative and Finance Division.

Position: Administrative Assistant III (Property Unit)
Status of Engagement: Contract of Service
Salary Grade: SG 9
Qualifications: Education and Experience
• At least High School Graduate or graduate of any vocational course
• 1-year relevant experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the acceptance, inspection, and receipt of properties procured.
2. Assist in the preparation of Property Card (PC), Property Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR), Inventory Custodian Slip (ICS), and assigning of Property Numbers, tagging, and labeling
3. Assist in the processing of documents for payments.
4. Assist in the preventive and corrective maintenance of all PPEs.
5. Assist in monitoring in and out of all PPEs to safeguard them from misuse, damage, destruction, loss, or theft.
6. Assist in the conduct of periodic inventory of all PPEs.
7. Assist in the preparation of reports for submission to the Executive Director, Finance Section, and Commission on Audit.
8. Assist in the disposal/donation/transfer of PPEs that are unserviceable including waste materials.
9. Accomplish all other tasks as may be assigned.
