The CCC convened with the National Youth Commission and YesPinoy Foundation the #NowPH  or Not on Our Watch Project, which is a youth-led campaign that seeks to raise public consciousness on the science of climate change and to challenge the youth to lead a climate-resilient and climate-smart lifestyle.

#NowPH started as a signature campaign in the Philippines, gathering 3.6 million pledges to urge the international community to pass an agreement that will limit global warming below two degrees Celsius during the 21st  Session of the Conference of Parties (COP21) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Paris, France. It was also done in response to the Manila Call to Action on Climate Change of President Benigno Aquino III and French President François Hollande last February 26.

The campaign has evolved into a movement that endeavors to actively engage the youth in climate change adaptation and mitigation initiatives from the public sector. It was further institutionalized in the activities of the CCC and NYC through the issuance of Proclamation 1160, series 2015, which declared November 25 of each year as the National Day for Youth in Climate Action.
