Education : Master's Degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience : Four (4) years of supervisory/ management experience

Terms of Reference
1. Lead the formulation and implementation of a strategic partnership roadmap to support the Commission’s short-term and long-term objectives and overall climate agenda.
2. Lead in the development of a partnership engagement framework to help identify potential partners, that align with the Commission's vision and values.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
4. Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring that all partnerships are structured to deliver maximum impact.
5. Lead the Division in maintaining a database of all existing and potential partnerships.
6. Engage with local government units to assist in the development of science—and policy-based, risk-informed local climate change adaptation planning in coordination with relevant government agencies and non-government actors.
7. Lead the review and assessment of local climate change adaptation plans.
8. Lead the development of innovative climate change adaptation and mitigation capacity-building programs to address climate vulnerabilities of local government units and sectors.
9. Work closely with internal teams to integrate partnership activities with existing operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
10. Establish and track the Strategic Partnership Division’s key performance indicators to evaluate the success and impact of partnerships, providing regular updates to the Commission.
11. Lead, mentor, and develop the Strategic Partnership Division, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
12. Performs other related functions.
