The Climate Change Commission is currently looking for a Development Management Officer II (Contract of Service) under the Implementation Oversight Division.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year relevant experience
Training : 4 hours relevant training
Eligibility : None required
Terms of References
1. Provide Gender and Development (GAD) related inputs to the following climate workstream, but not limited to:
a. Adaptation;
b. Mitigation;
c. Accomplishment Reports; and
d. Climate Change Expenditure Tagging
2. Assist in the development of the Monitoring and Evaluation System for the following:
a. National Adaptation Plan
b. Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC)
c. CCC Gender and Development Action Plan.
3. Develop and produce Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Materials related or relevant to Gender and Climate Change, using gender-fair language and imagery, including but not limited to the following:
a. Videos and/or audio-visual presentations
b. Infographics, Executive Summary, Technical Reports, etc.
4. Provide technical assistance in gathering, collecting and analyzing data for monitoring, evaluating and reporting for Gender and Climate Change activities of the commission (GAD AR, GMEF, HGDG, etc.)
5. Accomplish all other tasks assigned by the Chief of the Implementation Oversight Division.
