Experience : 1 year relevant experience
Training : 4 hours relevant training

Terms of References
1. Serve as technical focal for the MRV of GHG inventories and Mitigation Actions of the Energy sector and provide technical assistance to sectoral stakeholders at the local and sub-national levels;
2. Analyze and provide technical inputs and calculations as well as recommend improvements on National and Local GHGI reports for the Energy sector;
3. Provide technical support in the monitoring and evaluation of national and local climate change action, including, but not limited to climate change expenditure tagging and climate reports;
4. Gather, collect, and analyze data for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting climate actions (BTR, BUR, NC, etc.), especially in the energy sector; and
5. Develop and produce Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials related or relevant to the local and national GHG inventory, using gender-fair language and imagery, including but not limited to the following:
a. Videos and/or audio-visual presentation
b. Infographics, Executive Summary, Technical Reports, etc.
6. Accomplish all other tasks assigned by the Chief of the Implementation Oversight Division
