The Climate Change Commission is one with our Muslim brothers and sisters in observing the holy month of Ramadan.
In a landmark action in 2015, Muslim eco-activists and scientists presented the Islamic Declaration on Global Climate Change - a result of the symposium in Istanbul, Turkey ahead of the UN Conference of Parties (COP21). The historic declaration emphasised the faithful’s role as stewards of creation and called on governments to address the climate crisis.
