The Legal Services Division (LSD) provides legal services to support the day-to-day operations of the Climate Change Office of the Climate Change Commission (CCC).

Further, the LSD is responsible for the secretariat services of the Commission that include the following:  i) Commission Secretariat, ii) CCC Advisory Board, iii) Cabinet Cluster on Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation and Disaster Risk Reduction (CCAM-DRR), iv) Philippine Delegation (PHLDEL) Secretariat, and v) National Panel of Technical Experts (NPTE) Secretariat.  LSD handles the overall technical support towards providing the necessary secretariat services to its respective bodies/committees.
