PSF ELEARNING BATCH 3 CULMINATION ACTIVITY
The People’s Survival Fund (PSF) Unit initiated the development of the PSF eLearning Platform. The PSF eLearning Platform is a 12-week online course targeted to provide technical assistance to eligible proponents, particularly technical officers of the local government units (LGUs) and local/community organizations (L/COs) to further enhance their knowledge in accessing the Fund. The first batch ran from August to November 2019, and the second batch started in March 2020 and concluded in June 2020.
Currently on its third batch, the Batch 3 of PSF eLearning platform was opened on 24 August 2020 with 45 participants, carefully selected from more than a hundred applicants in the registration posted to the PSF and CCC’s Facebook pages. Similar to the previous batches, the participants are composed of 80% LGUs, 10% academe, 5% government and 5% local community organizations/private sector. All geographical regions are represented in the current cycle, with 18 female and 27 male participants.
As of 04 November 2020, the PSF eLearning Batch 3 is currently on its final module. As part of the final requirement prior to the issuance of the certificates, students are expected to develop their respective PSF project proposals, to be presented during the conduct of an online culmination activity at the end of the course.
The PSF eLearning Team shall conduct the online activity to recognize the participation and completion of the course of the current active students in the program.
