Position    :  Attorney III Division    :  Legal Services Division Employment Status  :  Contract of Service Salary Grade    :  21 Qualifications Education  :  Bachelor of Laws Experience  :  1 year relevant experience Training  :  4 hours relevant training Eligibility  :  RA 1080 (Bar Passer) Terms of References 1.  Provide technical support to the Chief of the CCC-CCO-LSD in providing legal advisory, legal documentation, other general legal services, and secretariat services, and in delivering output in special projects or committee or group membership; 2.  Liaise with other CCO divisions, relevant agencies or external stakeholders, as directed by the Chief of the LSD, on matters affecting proposed bills, existing laws, and other issuance, rules, and regulations relevant to the agency: 3.  Provide technical support in legislative review and policy development and other work streams of the CCC in coordination with the relevant CCO Divisions, as directed by the Chief of the LSD; 4.  Assist in the review of legal advisory, contract review, and other documents drafted by Legal Assistants and Administrative Officers and/or Assistants 5.  Assist in the overall administrative management of the Division;  6.  Prepare the LSD’s Work and Financial Plan and Project Procurement Management Plan; and,  7.  Perform such other functions as may be assigned by the Chief of the LSD and the Vice Chairperson and Executive Director or Deputy Executive Director.
